Australia’s Civil Aeronautics Safety and security Authority (CASA) is seeking feedback on a draft advising round (AIR CONDITIONING) on standards for upright trip airplane centers at aerodromes developed for planes.
” The function of this air conditioner is to give advice to aerodrome and airplane drivers in the preparation, style, and procedure of both helicopter and upright liftoff and touchdown (VTOL) qualified airplane (VCA) centers on an aerodrome that might have just been developed for fixed-wing planes,” claimed CASA in a news release.
It enhances existing advice in AIR CONDITIONING 139.R-01 and air conditioner 139.V-01 and job is underway to include the appropriate components this air conditioner in the Part 139 Manual of Standards
Draft air conditioner 139.10 gives advice on:
- specifying the desired upright trip procedures for an aerodrome
- aerodrome details downwash and outwash risks
- arrival and separation treatments
- physical qualities of upright trip centers
- upright trip airplane versus taxiways developed for planes
- challenge constraint surface areas for upright trip procedures
- aesthetic help for upright trip airplane– markings, lighting and so on
- released details for upright trip centers.
This air conditioner will certainly be of passion to:
- aerodrome drivers
- individuals associated with the style, building and procedure of airport terminals, airports and vertiports
- advocates of airport terminals, airports and vertiports
- helicopter and VCA owners/operators
- preparation authorities
- Component 175 aerial details provider.
Responses is called for by 8 July 2025.
