As supply chain labor force lacks continue, procedures are counting much less on employment and retention motivations to manage inadequate head count. Rather, according to a Descartes study of 1,000 supply chain and logistics leaders launched in 2015, 54% are using automation in storage facility applications.
As Opposed To what the general public– and also employees themselves– might think, the inspiration for automation implementations is not task removal.
