Kennedy Jr., today introduced the authorization of 6 brand-new state breeze food-choice waivers under the Make America Healthy And Balanced Again (MAHA) campaign. The waivers, sent by Hawai’i, Missouri, North Dakota, South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee, will certainly change the legal interpretation of “food for acquisition” under the Supplemental Nourishment Help Program (BREEZE) start in 2026.
