In MHI’s brand-new collection, MHI Participant Stories, funded by the MHI DEI Advisory Board, we highlight motivating tales from MHI participants that are making an influence. Starting the collection is Skyeler Smith, that brings a fresh viewpoint on variety, equity, and addition (DEI). For Smith, DEI exceeds the typical interpretations– it has to do with promoting human links and developing significant connections.
With a couple of episodes currently out, this collection studies individual experiences and the trips that form our sector’s dedication to inclusivity. Each tale brings beneficial understandings, obstacles, and successes, using a take a look at exactly how MHI participants are driving modification.
