A/B test tool shows Facebook constantly experimenting on consumers—and even its creators don’t fully know how it works

Customers of social networks systems like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok may assume they’re just engaging with close friends, household and fans, and seeing advertisements as they go. Yet according to research study from the UBC Sauder College of Company, they become part of consistent advertising and marketing experiments that are typically difficult, also for the business behind them, to completely understand. The searchings for are released in the International Journal of Study in Advertising and marketing.
