NASA’s C-130 Hercules, lovingly referred to as the Herc, went wheels up at 9:45 a.m., Friday, April 18, as it left from its decade-long home at NASA’s Wallops Trip Center in Virginia, for the last time. The airplane is starting a brand-new experience to offer and secure in the state of The golden state where it is currently under the possession of the California Division of Forestry and Fire Defense (CAL FIRE).
