Agence Française de Développement (AFD) has actually authorized one more EUR400-million policy-based car loan to sustain South Africa’s Simply Power Shift (JET), enhancing its authorizations to EUR700-million out of the EUR1-billion it vowed to South Africa at COP26 in Glasgow in 2021.
