Airlines with more women at the top found to be more efficient

The air travel industry was just one of those hardest struck by the constraints in position throughout the COVID pandemic. Research study led by the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) evaluated the performance of 45 airline company teams over 2 years, prior to and after the dilemma: in 2019 and in 2022. The group checked out to what level the existence of females on the boards of supervisors and in the exec groups of these business influenced their outcomes.
