ARM companies deny breach, see no merit in claims

South African billionaire Patrice Motsepe and his associate business are being demanded $195-million in Tanzania, with among the most significant fits to show up before the nation’s industrial court readied to return to on Monday. Tanzanian mining company Pula Team is taking legal action against Motsepe and his associate business– consisting of African Rainbow Minerals, African Rainbow Funding and Arc Arising Markets– for purportedly breaching a non-compete agreement when it bought Australia’s Advancement Power Minerals, situated beside Pula’s graphite job, claimed the firm chairperson Charles Stith.
