A group of biologists led by The College of Texas at Arlington has found a brand new tiny lizard species within the Paria Peninsula of northeastern Venezuela. This discovery, accepted for publication within the Zoological Journal of the Linnean Society, highlights the distinctive traits of this gecko, together with its small dimension (about 2.5 inches lengthy), brown shade, cone-shaped head, lengthy snout and explicit cranium anatomy.
