CogWatch: An open-source platform to monitor physiological indicators for cognitive workload and stress

Physiological indicators are sometimes monitored in analysis to measure ache, stress, cognitive workload, the onset of illness, and responses to bodily exercise [1–7]. These situations trigger activations of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) and the outcomes could be noticed by monitoring: coronary heart charge (HR), coronary heart charge variability (HRV), blood quantity strain (BVP), pores and skin temperature fluctuations (STK), galvanic pores and skin responses (GSR), photoplethysmography (PPG), and respiration charge (RR) [3,7] (Desk 1)
