Komodo dragons have iron-coated teeth to rip apart their prey, researchers find

Scientists have found that the serrated edges of Komodo dragons’ tooth are tipped with iron. Led by researchers from King’s School London, the examine offers new perception into how Komodo dragons hold their tooth razor-sharp and will present clues to how dinosaurs like Tyrannosaurus rex killed and ate their prey.
