Australia-listed Minbos Sources has executed a $14-million mortgage with South Africa’s Industrial Growth Company (IDC) for the Cabinda phosphate undertaking, in Angola.
MD Lindsay Reed, who was in Johannesburg to execute the settlement on behalf of Minbos and its Angolan subsidiary, Soul Rock, says the corporate is in an excellent place with a mixture of funding options to advance the undertaking.
