Miso made in space tastes nuttier, researchers find

Miso is a conventional Japanese dressing made by fermenting prepared soybeans and salt. In a research released in iScience, scientists effectively made miso on the International Spaceport Station (ISS). They located that the miso scented and tasted comparable to miso fermented in the world– simply with a somewhat nuttier, extra baked taste.
