Namibia’s Ministry of Mines and Power is checking out Xinfeng Investments for supposed prohibited mining in the lithium-rich Erongo area. The ministry is implicating the business, which has a special prospecting permit with its joint endeavor with Orange River Expedition and Mining, of going beyond the extent of its license by performing unapproved removal of lithium, the division claimed in a declaration Wednesday.
