Holger Schmitz becomes Director Sales & Marketing at Clark
Clark Europe has appointed Holger Schmitz as the new Director Sales & Marketing. He takes over this role from Stefan Budweit, who has resigned from his previous positions to take over the management of Clark Europe as President & CEO.
Holger Schmitz has been with Clark since 2023 and previously held the position of Business Development Manager. In this role, he has made a significant contribution to the expansion of the Clark dealer network in the EMEA region. Holger Schmitz and Clark have a long history, as his professional career took him to the industrial truck manufacturer Clark, which was based in Mülheim at the time, back in 2000. An internship was followed by a permanent position in the internal sales department. In 2003, he moved to Pramac Lifter, where he was employed as a dealer advisor. From 2007 until his return to Clark Europe, Holger Schmitz was Country Manager at Doosan Industrial Vehicle Europe and managed the German branches as well as sales activities in the DACH region and Eastern Europe.
As the new Director of Sales & Marketing, Holger Schmitz is in charge of sales activities in the EMEA region as well as in the Duisburg direct sales region and is also responsible for all associated marketing activities.
