A number of the robot systems created in the previous years are motivated by four-legged (i.e., quadruped) pets, such as pet dogs, cheetahs and equines. By reproducing the dexterous activities of these pets, quadruped robotics might relocate promptly on the ground, going across cross countries on different surfaces and quickly finishing goals.
