Automation Anywhere has tapped veteran software sales executive Jeff Tworek as Chief Sales Officer to lead its customer strategy, grow revenue and expand global market share. The San Jose, Calif.-based intelligent automation technology provider noted the need to focus on customers who are facing a bewildering number of options as AI-powered automation experiences an explosion of interest and new activity.

Tworek most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer for Australian networking company Megaport after a stint in the same role at Contrast Security, a Bay Area cybersecurity firm. Prior to that, Tworek spent nearly two decades in various leadership roles at Akamai Technologies.
